Login through Public IP Address occasionally stopped

Good Morning Colleagues
I hope you are doing good and safe.

Kindly find the below information about my FreePBX Server:

  • I have FreePBX 15.0.17.48 installed and running on dedicated server.
  • The server has static private IP Address.
  • Firewall of FreePBX has been disabled.
  • FreePBX server is behind ADSL router where the FreePBX server has been located in DMZ zone.
  • When issue ping to public ip address of ADSL router , Traffic forward to FreePBX server.
  • Also when try to login through web browser / or using putty (SSH) using public ip address of ADSL router , Traffic forward to FreePBX server and login through web browser / or using putty (SSH) done to FreePBX server.

My issue that sometimes / occasionally login to my FreePBX server through public IP address stopped with no reason in addition to login through putty (SSH) . At the same time , Ping is working with no problem.

Do you have any reasonable explanation for this issue?

Router/ port forwarding issue? What do the logs say?

Kindly find my replay:

  • I don’t think it is Router/ port forwarding as the server located in DMZ zone and FreePBX system firewall disabled.
  • How to get the logs ?
