Fired up a new machine, registered with my schmooze portal address then tried to login and it fails. Tried to reset password and that doesn’t even send me the e-mail. Can’t do anything at this point.
I had a similar issue. I checked the maillog in the server to make sure it went out. You can use the address you find there as the sender to make sure it didn’t get stopped by your spam filter. When I reset the password, it took almost a half hour for me to get the email.
Thanks for the help. I did the reset and I am in configuring now but still can’t get e-mail to work… I will play with it more
