I am looking for a way to have something similar to the old Device/User mode, My problem is I need to have phones were multiple people will use to make calls and then need to be tracked in the cdr records for each call made by each user, I don’t want to make each user enter a pin every time the make a call. not sure if ACD login would help with this. Any idea’s.
