Many moons ago we implemented a MySQL CDR logging server that we created a custom application on top of for time tracking. Recently we pushed some updates to the application and the short version is that CDR records stopped getting loaded into the DB server.
We essentially followed this guide Remote CDR Database Installation Guide - PBX GUI - Documentation and as I said everything was working great for a while.
In troubleshooting the problem though I am not able to find where FreePBX/asterisk logs problems with a connection to the CDR server. Would /var/log/asterisk/full be the log file or are there other options that aren’t mentioned in the documentation offer some insight?
