I am having difficulty in locating the configuration files in OSS 13.0.7.13. I input the MAC addresses for my Cisco and Grandstream sets and configure extensions to the appropriate keys on the sets. Once I submit the set it comes back with Can’t Load the Autoloader!. I had the same error message in a previous version, however, the files were created. I would like to ensure the firmware is installed. Any suggestion on where to look on the server would be greatly appreciated.
