Live person then IVR

Does anyone know if it might be possible to send an incoming call to a live person (extension) and failover to IVR in the event of a no-answer??

I thought maybe using a queue might be the answer, but unfortunately the caller hears on-hold music while awaiting call pickup…

any hints would be greatly appreciated.

This turned out to be embarrasingly simple.

I set up a ring group containing just the receptionist’s extension and set “Destination if no answer” to the Main IVR menu…
