Listening to voicemail recording from owner, not a new message


As a admin, i want to listen to the voicemail made by a colleague.
To listen if the name is right, adjusted to the new employee of the new number.

How can i listen to this ?
*97 and *98 didn’t work for me.

You can use *98 and log in as the user then go into the Admin Menu to hear and then re-record the Name and Greetings.

Alternatively you can use user control panel to manage somebody’s voice mails and greetings.
