Listen to voice recordings from extension

Hi, I have set record everything to force on ext 204.
I am creating a mobile app that makes and receives calls. I can create a list of calls data within the app for ext 204.

  1. Is it possible to access the call recording externally. eg www.mypbx.com/calls/uniqueid ( I have access to the mysql database to obtain the uniqueid)
  2. Is there a feature code to use 'play - /calls/uniqueid
  3. Any other methods available.
