Limiting Access to Call Recordings Based on Extension Number?

Is there a way to create a login for a user to log in to the PBX and listen to call recordings, but limiting what extensions they are allowed to listen to recordings from? I’m using FreePBX Distro 12.0.76.2

Are you using UCP or the old ARI?

Just the built in call recordings module with FreePBX. Is this possible if I switch to UCP?

What you are using is VERY insecure and outdated, so yes, go the UCP route, as to switching, that depends on the age and software levels of your current system.
