Limited access to TL'Sa

I want to give limited access for the queue to the person. How can I do so.

Let suppose that I am having 10 queue in my freepbx system and I want to assign one queue to one of my TL’s.

One of our team leader wants admin access, where he can only see the specific queue and the CDR reports.
