Limit number of simultaneous calls to device

Hello

I have Asterisk 1.8 and FreePBX 2.10 installed and configured in Device and Users mode. Users have 5-lines phones (Cisco SPA525G2). I need to limit number of simultaneous calls per phone.

If I set

1061
call-limit=1

it works fine but user can not transfer calls.

According to http://www.thirdlane.com/forum/call-limit I did in /etc/asterisk/sip_custom_post.conf

1161
busy-level=1
call-limit=2

and added to /etc/asterisk/sip_general_additional.conf
counteronpeer=yes

Call forwarding works but user still can receive 2 simultaneous calls.

Is it possible to fix somehow?

To get it working I just needed to disable Call Waiting feature for user. FreePBX is nice product! Thank you guys for it!
