We are using FBX2.8/Ast 1.6 and user device/user mode. Was wondering in FBX is there a way to limit/restrict calls originating from queue.
This is to limit agents to transfer calls only to supervisors and not to other agents when calls received from queues.
I’ve built my own context to limit calls between agents (direct calls) and thats in a context I’ve changed in FBX device configuration page.
I’ve tried googling but cant even thing of a term valid enough to get a hit.
Please help direct me where i can start.
