I have setup Let’s Encrypt Certs on a new PBX. The process was straightforward and easy - the new cert works fine. My concern is, will they auto-update after the 90 days are up, or will I have to log in and force the update?
That would depend on how you set up the issuing of the certificate, most acme clients provide that facility though.
I am using the FreePBX built-in Let’s Encrypt functionality, all from the GUI.
The Certificate Management module has a cron job that will renew the LE cert automatically. You will get a notification when this happens.
