Letsencrypt Generation Failure

FPBX 17 on Bookworm - all up to date.
Our system has been running faultlessly for over a year and then a ew weeks ago the automatic LE cert didn’t renew. I tried doing it manually but:
Processing: fpbx.domain.tld, Local IP: 208.67.67.67, Public IP: 208.67.67.67
Self test: trying http://fpbx.domain.tld/.freepbx-known/e6ed233992e31f7e8adc0d4e7259310a
Self test: received e6ed233992e31f7e8adc0d4e7259310a
lechecker: Pest_Curl_Exec - Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.
Nothing had changed our end but I went through and checked port 80 was open on our hardware firewall, DNS A and PTR still resolved etc. Server time is correct. Checked PBX firewall.
Still won’t renew.
Anybody able to make any suggestions? It was working fine and then stopped.
Thanks

I have also checked permissions (even though self test worked):

drwxrwxr-x 2 asterisk asterisk 6 Sep 22 15:11 .freepbx-known

Also deleted and reinstalled certman module

I know you checked permissions but have you ran:
fwconsole chown

in terminal, then tried again? I recently had some issues with certificate management and it was this as a simple fix for me.

What about port80 on Port Management under Sysadmin module?
