Lenny's Family Needs Help

I am VERY new to FreePBX and the configs, I love who ever made Lenny, but Lenny needed additional family members so I made Peter, Lenny, Mary, but i cant figure out how to make a custom/random ext.

So my blacklist only gets to talk to Lenny, i can manually change to Peter or Mary, but I want one called “FAMILY” so the blacklist will call Peter, Lenny, Mary custom ext at random,

Any help would be great
