Our widgets in UCP for Last Week of Queue stopped working in all of our queues. There’s no error; it just doesn’t show any data. I’ve restarted asterisk and it didn’t make any difference. All modules are up-to-date. Any ideas?
Uninstalling the queue wallboard module and reinstalling it fixed the issue. I had to recreate all of the widgets, re-assign permissions, and agents had to recreate their dashboards.
