Hi.

I have a customer who is coming from a NEC phone system. Does anybody know of a SIP compatable phone that I can configure to have two separate ringtones, one for a direct call, and the other for a call from a queue?

I can’t think of one that doesn’t.

AASTRA, Yealink, Grandstream, etc. Use alert info.
