Java and high CPU

Hello,

I have seen a spike in CPU with Java being the culprit. We have had many dropped calls and issues and likely this is the issue.

Is Java required for core functionality? I want to try and disable isymphony and others that may use Java. Possibly turn Java off all together if no solution.

I would just turn off Isymphony, if I were you.

As mentioned above of you are not using iSymfony/XactView then you don’t need java. Essentially everything except that works with PHP or nodejs

Thank you for the replies.

So far disabling iSymphony and killing the process (as it was lingering in HTOP) has seen much, much lower CPU. Seemed like the obvious thing to do however I was unfamiliar with it and how necessary iSymphony and Java were.
