IVR & SIP Trunk

Hi all

I have installed freePBX version 2.1.3, i have setup the extensions, sip trunk & IVR, all work fine apart from the IVR.

when i call into the freepbx, it rings and there is no announcment from the ivr, but the numbers work, 0=operator, 1=technical, 2=sales and direct extension dialing.

if i dial 7777 i get the ivr announcment.

help what am i doing wrong???

Hi,

this has been done, when i dial 7777 to check everything out it works ok, but not when i dial in from my sip trunk, i get no intro to the ivr, but the numbers work etc 0 for operator.

i also check and the file is the in /custom.

you must record an announcement for your IVR. Check out the sounds section
to upload or use a extension to record a intro.
