IVR sending calls to extensions with time-out to another voicemail

I have a site where they want to set up an IVR with choices for maintenance requests, recertification questions, billing questions and they want the calls to go to an individual extension but if not answered go to a mailbox for those type of calls. And maintain the individual’s mailbox separate from this typed mailbox. These mailboxes will be assigned BLFs on the office phones so anyone can see there are messages to take care of and what type they are.

Suggestions for handling this while retaining the individual extension’s mailbox?

Sounds like a job for ring groups, even a group of one extension if necessary.

This is what I needed, another view of how to handle the fail-over from the person not answering without getting crazy complicated.
