IVR redirect to outbound call

Hello,

I’m a new FreePBX user.
We just installed our PBX yesterday.
3 Aastra phone & Raspberry for test.

We can make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.

Now we would like to setup an IVR.
We understood how it works, but something I can’t find… I have a menu which needs to dial an external number (make an outgoing call to a GSM), how can we do that?

Ex: Press 2 to call a technician for fast repair
=> It needs to redirect the call to a GSM

I think if you setup a Ring group and put the number in the extension list followed by a # and point the IVR option to that ring group that will ring out on your GSM number.

(I’m not an expert!)
