The recording used for the IVR on my system plays fine for the very first caller after a system reboot. After that, I’m getting a sound file that plays before it, sounds something like a girl saying “Invalid ju…” then repeats that, then plays the recording about 10-12 seconds after the call was initiated.
I am new to Asterisk/FreePBX, and have no clue where to start looking.
The audio for the prompt that should play was recorded through the System Recordings link in FreePBX. Any help in hunting down why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
