I have setup IVR, recorded an announcement but when I call in I get the normal ringback tone. See attached screenshot.
The trunk settings are;

You’ve posted the IVR setup page and what looks like an extract from the trunk configuration but have you created an inbound route?
I succeeded, by creating an inbound route with IVR as destination.
