IVR not saving options (Bug?)

I have a strange problem. Freepbx up to date, when saving IVR options, invalid recording, timeout, timeout recording, and invalid destination are not saved. If I create a new IVR are saved but only in new (submit changes not working), although the changes are updated in the UI. Any ideas?

Need IVR module version

fwconsole ma list | grep ivr

IVR version 15.0.14

Upgrade with

fwconsole ma upgrade ivr --edge

and retest
