I desperately need help with FreePBX IVR. It is acting erratically with IVR menu options, whereby it doesn’t play back a chosen option the first time it is chosen, says it’s invalid try again, but on the second try of the same option it works. The Asterisk console shows the DTMF signals are received ok. The rest of the PBX seems to work ok, including calling softphone extensions and even follow me to mobile phones. Could it be something to do with the file formats or length? Why does the error remain even after I remove the IVR and put it back? Some sort of cached configuration? Please help. I have asked experts from my teleco but they can’t figure it out either. //Johnblack from Uganda
Enable DTMF logging for full log then provide a call trace.
