My IVR is working to dial extensions as required but only with the built-in messages. If I include home recorded messages (uploaded wav 8000 kHz 16bits mono or recorded with my extension set), the IVR does not play the recorded messages and does not go any further. It seems that the recorded messages are lost to play but they are in the Freepbx recordings index.
How could I resolve all this?
