IVR keeps the fxo line busy

I have sip trunk between freepbxNow and Cisco call manager, internal calls between them is working fine, the issue is when I call the IVR from outside PSTN to (FXO) line h323 gateway, IVR is working but when I disconnected asterisk keeps the line used, i’m getting busy tone if I tried to call the number again, anyone have solution for this issue?

You probably need to verify the disconenction method for your FXO. Have you configured the correct regional zone for your FXO? If you did and it still doesn’t free the line after hungup, you will need to find the busy tone frequency and Enter it manually in your configuration. What country are you on? Are you using an analog ports card or a gateway?
