IVR help if someone would be so kind

Dear All

First off thanks for taking the time to answer my question its much appreciated.

Now what I am looking for , is the ability to log on and log off a que system on freepbx.

For example

I have tech support guys who work from home , but dont have a pc to log on and off the IVR. Id like them to be able to call a number get put through to the relevant que , and press a option to “log on” and a option to “log off” and it asks for there Pin number for example (this would be there ext number) by dialing a normal number from there PSTN line at home.

I hope this makes sence.

If my queue extension is 4000 I simply dial 4000* to login and 4000** to logout of the queue. Is this what you are referring to?
