I created an IVR with 2 recordings: a welcome message and then choices. The choices change based on whether the place is open or closed
The welcome message is the same so can I grab the welcome message from the “open” ivr and also use it in the “closed” ivr?
How? there isn’t a drop down that shows it
Ahh, they are prefixed with “custom/” at the bottom of the list - I got them now.
