Getting we have not received a valid response on 80% of the time when I press a single digit to trigger an IVR option.
4 digit direct extension dialing is fine, one digit not.
What’s wrong?
Enable DTMF logging in Settings, Asterisk Logfile Settings, then watch the Asterisk console to see what happens during a failure.

It went away by itself but follow Igaetz advice and do this:
This implies that “Fax detection” might work as well. Getting the audio to the server is the key. Try both DTMF logging and Fax detection and see if either works.
