I’m actually using FreePBX (installed with latest ISO from the official site) for my company and i need to know if it is possible to allow the dialers/customers to inputs a pattern (their “customer number”) for routing them to an extension/ring group/queue/etc… (for example : their own commercial/responsable person) ?
