IVR Change destination after call ending

Good day, i run a support company.
When i have a client call in i would like to have the option to email the voice call after the call has ended.

So for wexample after a client hangsup i get an IVR menu that says press 1 to email this recording or 2 fo xxx

Is there any way i can do this

I could use this to email all recordings : however i only want to do selected recordings.
no all recordings
