IVR answers and log shows playing but phone keeps rining

Using 2.8 rc1 . I have a sangoma B600. When a call comes it goes to the ivr and the log clearly shows this. But the caller only hears ringing. Watching the flash panel shows the caller id and shows the ivr looping to time out etc. The caller never hears the ivr nor are key responses recorded.

I should also note that if you have the line sent directly to an extension then it will pickup. Ring Groups, Queues, IVR not pickup.

Anyone have any idea on this.
