It's registered, I can perform calls but I can't receive because it's not registered?

Hi guys,

I’m using a grandstream and in the log appear something like this

NOTICE[20360] chan_sip.c: Peer '5000' is now Reachable. (203ms / 2000ms)

And the phone appear registered in freepbx gui, but when I call this extension this happen:

DEBUG[21100] chan_sip.c: Allocating new SIP dialog for [email protected]:5060 - INVITE (No RTP) DEBUG[21100] chan_sip.c: Cant create SIP call - target device not registered DEBUG[21100] chan_sip.c: Destroying SIP dialog [email protected]:5060 WARNING[21100] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 20 - Unknown) DEBUG[21100] app_dial.c: Exiting with DIALSTATUS=CHANUNAVAIL.

If use instead x-lite this doesn’t happen, I think it’s a phone configuration or something, isn’t?

Moreover I change the phone setting from UPDATE to force INVITE to see if something change but nothing?

Anyone that point my the right direction?

Thank you.

Which Grandstream is it? I have a Grandstream and could share settings if you think that would help. If that would help toss me a Private message and I’ll send you my settings.
