I am using the latest version of iSymphony and trying to get the call notification ‘pop-ups’ to display on inbound calls. It seems so simple but it’s either not configured to do that out of the box, or I’m not seeing it anywhere.
Incoming caller id popups will only work when using Chrome or Firefox. You can turn this feature on via the User Menu (top Right)->Preferences. You should get a dialog box requesting verification that you want the feature turned on.
