Following a module upgrade both our Contacts and Queues apps are no longer functioning correctly. On the Phones we get:
Contacts Module: No Groups configured for user ####
Queues Module: We are also getting Queue Agent is not authorized in the Phone Apps module for extension ####
This was all working without issues before the upgrade. I have logged a support call, and pushed it through to the after hours support team - but this is causing us a far bit of disruption; so keen for any assistance/ideas any one might have.
