Issues forwarding messages in voicemail menu (2)

This came up on a brand new machine where every extension was created by hand, though the voicemail recordings were brought in from another server. Same issues as outlined in the last thread

They can dial in and listen to the message, it emails out just fine, but when they go to transfer the voicemail by dialing into voicemail, listening to it, and using the options to forward it the PBX hangs up. In the logs it shows

I don’t know why it’s having a problem with the voicemail greeting of the destination mailbox but I can’t imagine that’s what’s causing an issue here, is it?

Current PBX info:
PBX Distro: 12.7.8-2008-1.sng7
Asterisk Version:16.13.0

Alright, after a bunch of test calls the issue IS with the greeting format. If I delete the greeting in the destination folder it works. I then took the old name recording, reuploaded it through UCP, and the PBX fixed/converted the file. It works, now to fix the rest of them.

Happy forum birthday to me apparently lol
