Issue with IP Phones on new installation

Hi have just installed FreePBX 15 with asterisk 16 on a hyper-v virtual machine. I have been able to setup the FreePBX and have successfully connected the PBX to a Cisco 8841 with no issues at all, phone calls can be made to the voicemail for setup. An issue I am is having is other phones such as Mitel 5330 and Cisco 7970 IP Phones that seem to connect but when I dial anything such as the voicemail, it says “The number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and try again”. I believe that this could be a context issue however that would mean that the Cisco 8841 phone would not work. I am using the device and user settings with all devices set to use the from-internal context. No trunks have been setup nor has inbound and outbound settings.

Does anyone know what could be the issue on these phones?
