Issue with "Dialplan manipulation routes" in "Trunk"

Have issue with patterns. When I open trunk and save(submit), one pattern(last) is lost! If i click "submit again - another one last pattern lost. If add new patterns with “+” and save - they lost too.

Only if I use “Dial patterns wizards” and change this pattern after submit and aplay, I see my patterns.
But if I click submit again - last pattern is lost.

I alrady install all updates. My core 13.0.61.4 (latest on that moment)
