Issue using PIN Sets

Hi,
Im currently unable to use my PIN Set on my outbound route. When I enable it on my Outbound route, i am unable to dial out at all. The call just fails. It should ask me for a pin after dialing the number. It doesnt. it just fails.
Has anybody else come across this issue? And if so, any ideas for me on the resolution?

Your help would be most appreciated.
