we are trying to install EPM. It is not listed here:
fwconsole ma listonline
or at the gui module page [ after clicking check on line].
the repo we use seems ok:
fwconsole setting MODULE_REPO

what am I doing wrong?
what version of FreePBX? Are you using the official distro or rolling your own?
FreePBX 16.0.10.50 on Sangoma distro.
PBX Distro:
12.7.8-2201-2.sng7
Asterisk Version:
13.38.3
did you activate the install???
Yes at sysadmin > activation: This machine has been activated.

I had removed EPM and some other commercial modules as I thought those were not used.
how did you remove them?

after the restaps security issue i looked to remove any unnecessary modules

Sounds like you’ve mucked around with the install quite a bit but that this is a new install…
yeah, don’t ever remove stuff unless you are absolutely sure you know what you’re removing.
I’d just re-install from scratch at this point. Make sure you write down your installation ID so that you can put that into the activation and get your licenses re-assigned after the re-install.

i restored the backup , and endpoint is back.
it was a mistake to remove the module . all of /tftpboot/ was removed at the module deletion . [ I assume at module deletion the directory had deletions . it cold have been removed from something else i did ].

Yes, if you do not have EPM installed, none of the basic provisioning stuff is left on the system. A bit of a bully move by Schmooze that Sangoma has never bothered to change.
Your EPM support is expired. You cannot install a current version.
