When making an outbound call that requires dialing an extension, users often get an “invalid extension” error message, or a completely different extension then they dialed. While pressing the keys, users report “double-beeping”. This has been going on for a while and I have been unable to find a solution. We just put in a new Elastix 025 appliance running Elastix 2.0. I hope someone can help me with this. My bosses patience is running thin. Thanks!
