Folks,
I have a customer that would like to record all the calls for training purposes, I set up a USB external HD mounted it and give full access to the asterisk user to the folder, them went to General settings and change the recording location path
to /mnt/store/.
but the calls still saving on the default path /var/spool/asterisk/monitor
Something that i’m missing?
Here what i have
PBX in a Flash Version = 1.7.5.5 Running on HARDWARE ¦
FreePBX Version = 2.7.0.10 ¦
Running Asterisk Version = 1.4.43
