Issue between Manager and FreePBX

Hi

We have a system that’s reloaded properly with amportal reload but through the web admin panel does not reload changes properly.

The dashboard shows the correct number of IP Trunks Online, but 0 for IP Phones and IP Trunk Registrations.

All other items show green/OK.

There is no communication on port 5038 that I can see - but the credentials are correct, and access is set up properly in manager.conf.

Could someone give me a few things to check in terms of FreePBX’s ability to reload changes and update the dashboard? When I’ve seen these problems before they’re generally accompanied by specific errors - there are none!
