ISDN30 E1T1 with Sangoma Link down error 38

I’ve had my sangoma Vega 100G linking my ISDN30 E1T1 line with freepbx for about 5 years with no issues with connection. Yesterday, all of a sudden I lost incoming and outgoing calls via the E1T1. The logs keep showing disconnect error cause 38. Nothing has changed on our side except for the addition of an extra internal extension.

When I look in the status section of the Vega 100G, it shows E1T1 ISDN 1 and 2 ports as link-down status. I raised a ticket with our ISDN provider who did initial line test over the phone and said they couldn’t see anything and that they would escalate it to an engineer but haven’t heard back from them yet.

Does anyone have any advice on what this could be? Our external calls are all not working at the moment and any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

any help?

38 = Network out of order. At first blush, it looks like a bad network cable, interface, DSU/CSU, etc.
