You might want to check some settings in Freepbx:

  • Allow SIP Guests: no
  • Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls: no
  • check if Intrusion Detection is enabled
  • have you traced the IP address?

yes i could trace the ip ,

im sure it comes from my zoiper software , when i try to register on my soft phone , it couldnt register , and as you see from the image , the source call number is an ip.

and here is the result ofg the trace.
note that the ip is not the ip of my pc during th eproblem

here is the result of trace ,
i removed someting og trace for my personal security , here is the result,

Trace complete.

This does not appear to be a FreePBX system.

Well we can’t do anyhting with that trace log. It was just for you to confirm that it isn’t any of your machines.

What PBX system do you have? I don’t recognize the screenshot and I have never heard of zoiper?

The screen shot is of CRI, Crystal Recording Interface.

Somewhat more detailed CDR reporting than what FreePBX provides.

Oh OK, thanks for clearing that up.

ok thanks for details , it is CRI .

but how can i fix this issue so as not to be repeated another once ?

thanks alot .
