Is there a way to give users access to certain limited settings

Is there a slimmed down version of freepbx?

I would like to be able to give users access to certain limited settings such as:
IVRs
Inbound routes,
Modifying some basics of the extensions
Daynight controls
etc…

But not the ability to add extensions, add or change trunks, etc…

Is there a way of doing this with freepbx? If not, is there a different interface?

you have to do that from administrators in freepbx, select the options you want to give access
