IS there a way to detect lack of activity and automatically hang up a conference?

I have someone using the conference app for a “listen” line. One caller feeds a program that several others listen only. They keep forgetting to hang up the feed line when they are done. Is there a way to detect a lack of activity and automatically terminate the the conference after some period of time?

There is an option to kick everyone out once the admin/leader leaves
