When setting up two new PBXes with Endpoint Manager, in the Global settings where the ports are listed, the TFTP port is gone off the list. Also, when I try to create a new Cisco template, the only option in Provision Server Protocol is HTTP. Has the TFTP option been deliberately removed from Endpoint Manager, or is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
EPM only shows the protocols you’ve enabled in Admin → System Admin → Prov Protocols. tftp is disabled by default on new installs and generally shouldn’t be used.

Why shouldn’t tftp be used? Is it a security issue?

Yes. TFTP has no security.
