Is redirect entire queue using *72 possible?


I have the following scenario in the office:

External number => queue (round robin) => one of 3 extensions
Every agent can hear every extension ringing and can pick up the call.

When the last agent in the office goes out he does redirection to his mobile using *72 number.
However, this redirection affects only his own extension and not the rest 2, so he gets only 1 of 3 calls.

The question: Is it possible to redirect the entire queue, or on the entry point to redirect all calls going to the external number before the call enters in the queue to another external number using *72 from every extension in that queue?
